DESCRIPTION:MAP Growth Testing: \n\nTwo to three times per year\, we administer MAP Growth Testing to our students with the goal of assessing both individual student performance and the effectiveness of our curriculum. The tests adjust to each child’s performance measuring their growth over time. MAP Growth is developed by the Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA). A forty-five minute reading and math test will be administered to first through eighth grade students September 10 – September 19. The test is given on the computer and the questions dynamically adjust based on each student’s responses. We will use the assessments to pinpoint specific instructional areas appropriate for each student. We are confident that the data provided will help support appropriate differentiation in the classroom. Please make every effort to have your child in attendance. DESCRIPTION:We will host Art & Music Chapel at Grace Episcopal Church at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday\, April 30th. Families\, please join us! \nThe art show in the narthex will be open for parent viewing from 8:00-8:30. \nThe music performances will begin at 8:30 and will end around 9:30 after the awards presentation. \nParents can view art with their child for 15 minutes after the show\, returning them to the campus main gate by 9:45.
