2021-2022 Tuition and Fees
Enrollment Fee
Enrollment Fee for all grades: The enrollment fee is $350 if the deposit is made within two weeks of the acceptance offer or before the re-enrollment deadline. The fee increases to $500 after this time frame. These fees are non-refundable. Enrollment fees for new and returning students are due at the time of enrollment to reserve your child’s space. We rely on the contract to determine staffing and budget requirements for the upcoming year. Once signed, the contract is a legally binding agreement.

Tuition and Fees: Additional Information
We require that tuition be paid in 11 payments starting May 2021 through March 2022. Tuition payments will be higher if a student enrolls after May 2021.
FACTS Tuition Management:
The Annual Fee is $50 per family. Families must enroll with FACTS Tuition Management for the processing and collection of tuition. FACTS Tuition Management will assess an annual fee of $50.00 per family for this service which is included in the first month’s tuition payment.
Sibling Discount: Families with two or more children attending Grace Episcopal Day School for the entire school year will receive a sibling discount for the second and any subsequent children who attend. This discount is applied against the last tuition payment of the school year (March 2022). A second child enrolled will receive a $200 discount, while the third and any additional children enrolled will each receive a $250 discount, again to be applied in March.
Families who have been awarded financial aid are not eligible to receive the sibling discount because the number of siblings attending will be included in the school’s consideration of the financial assistance the family receives.
Financial Aid: Grace offers need-based financial assistance to qualifying families. For more information about financial aid, contact the Admissions Office.
Tuition Insurance
Tuition Insurance: Tuition refund insurance is required for any payment plan not paid in full by August 1st; it is a one-time charge in August.
