The Admissions Process
Thank you for your interest in applying to Grace Episcopal Day School. Application Process for PK3 and PK4
- Submit the application form with a $50.00 non-refundable application fee
- Furnish the following:
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport
- State of Florida Health Form
- Current immunization record
We cannot enroll your child until you provide these records.
Application Process for K – 8th
- Submit the application form with a $50.00 non-refundable application fee
- Provide a copy of the student’s report cards and standardized test results for the last two years
- Sign the release for the current teacher to complete the Teacher Recommendation Form
- Furnish the following:
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate or passport
- State of Florida Health Form
- Current immunization record
We cannot enroll your child until you provide these records.
After receiving the application form and the $50.00 non-refundable application fee, we will schedule assessments and school visits for K – 8th grade. Students will visit the classrooms, and teachers will provide administration with student evaluations.
We fill our class openings with qualified new applicants that have completed the enrollment process including the forms and contract signed by both parents.
Enrollment Dates
Enrollment begins February 1, 2019
Waiting Lists
In the event a class is at capacity, we will notify the families that we are placing the qualified applicants on the waiting list. When space is available, we will contact the families.
